Hammond Bay is often confused with North Nanaimo as it is the road that links the two and joins up with Departure Bay Road. Hammond Bay has some of the most spectacular oceanview and waterfront homes in the City. The most spectacular parks in my opinion in the City are part of the Hammond Bay region being Pipers Lagoon Park , Neck Point Park and Linley Valley also has access from Hammond Bay.
